What If I Don't Qualify?

Not every applicant who contacts us will qualify for Italian citizenship, and that is perfectly okay.

If our research indicates that there is no viable citizenship path, we will tell you honestly. We do not believe in encouraging clients to spend money on projects that have little or no chance of success.

The Discovery Call is significantly more detailed than the initial consultation.

Before scheduling this appointment, we require a completed Family Intake Form for every potential applicant.

Unlike the introductory consultation, we block approximately 45 minutes for this meeting.

Step 6: Receive Your Personalized Project Proposal

Following the Discovery Call, typically within 48 hours, we prepare a formal proposal if a citizenship pathway exists.

Take All the Time You Need

Once you receive your service agreement and project proposal, it's completely normal to have additional questions. In fact, most clients do. Italian citizenship is a significant investment, and we want you to feel fully informed and comfortable before making any decisions.

Unlike many companies that become difficult to reach after a consultation, our team remains available and highly responsive by email throughout the decision-making process. If there is anything you don't understand about your eligibility, documentation requirements, timeline, pricing, or the service agreement itself, simply ask.

Step 7: Begin Your Project

When you're ready to move forward, you'll:

• Send an electronic commission statement authorizing us to begin the project
• Submit the finalized intake form with any additional vital event details
• Pay your deposit

Once these steps are completed, we officially open your project and you become the newest member of My Italian Family!

Step 8: Meet Your Dedicated Project Manager

Within approximately two weeks of signing up, your project is assigned to a dedicated Project Manager. 

Behind the scenes, our Operations Team immediately begins building the foundation of your case. During this onboarding period, we are reviewing your family information, developing the project strategy, preparing authorizations, and organizing the first research and record requests that will drive your project forward.

Once this preparation phase is complete, your Project Manager will reach out and begin working directly with you as your primary point of contact throughout the project.
