Fees & Timeline
Fees: US $500 processing fee to request each individual Birth, Marriage, and Death record. This service does not qualify for a discount.
Timeline: US Vital records take 1-6 months to fulfill depending on the state and county of the request.
Please Note: A la carte orders do not include consulting services or advice. Once we confirm your order, we will notify you again only when your record has been received or we need additional information. Any other questions must be directed to one of our paid consultations: Phone/Zoom Support Only | My Italian Family.
Shipping: Please select an option at checkout based on your location:
- Shipping within the U.S. by USPS Priority Mail ($20).
- Shipping outside the U.S. by USPS Registered Mail (cost to be determined at time of shipping based on address).
We are not responsible in the event the US Postal Service does not deliver or damages the documents. You will be provided a tracking number.
Disclaimers:
Certified U.S. birth records of a deceased person in New York state (outside of the five boroughs) may require a court order for release. In these cases, we can only provide a genealogy copy.
A re-order will be required if you give us incorrect information or if additional genealogy research is necessary.
Your order will be processed immediately upon payment. Before placing your order, please check your consulate or court's requirements including any timeline, format or document validity restrictions. We do not offer refunds or "holds" once an order is placed.
