Job Description:

Administratively manage Italian Citizenship Application “Start-to-Finish” projects, including ongoing communication to clients & client family members.

Conduct research for customer’s required documentation (U.S. vital records & Naturalization Records, and Italian vital records) through available online databases and government sources.

Procure US Vital Records (including birth/marriage/death/divorce papers, international Apostilles, and Naturalization documents) from USCIS/Homeland Security, National Archives, State and Local Vital Record departments, etc.

Present completed application portfolios to the respective clients.

Required Skills:

Applicants for this position should have experience with administrative work and order processing, including communicating with government agencies, lawyers, and clients. Experience working with USCIS, immigration and citizenship processes, family law, is a plus; team members with experience in insurance case management, mortgage processing or similar, have also succeeded in this position.

Must be able to multitask, be detail-oriented, focused, and have strong organizational skills.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point), Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint.

Strong communication skills (both verbal and writing) in English.

Fluency in reading, writing and speaking Italian is a plus (but the position should not be viewed as a way for a candidate to learn or improve the language).

Designations:

Certification in paralegal studies or equivalent experience in US Immigration processes, and knowledge of Italian Immigration Laws and Procedures a plus.

Job Type: Full-time as a W2 employee

Salary: Base Salary of $23.00 - $25.00 /hour (based on experience and tenure) with additional monthly performance-based bonuses.

Working hours: 8:30AM to 4:30PM (Monday to Friday) with some flexibility allowed (40-45 hours per week).

Location: Work performed remotely from your Home Office. Preference will be given to candidates living in the Eastern and Central Time Zones.
