Job Opening: Associate Administrator/Paralegal

We are looking to hire an administrative associate to join our growing team. We are the premier provider of Italian Genealogy and Italian Dual Citizenship Services. This administrative position will be heavily involved in working with and for the Head of Family Research and the Manager of Dual Citizenship Support Programs. Applicants must have strong administrative skills and be conversational in Italian. Position is in New Hope, Bucks County, PA, but can work remotely as well. This position is temporary but could lead to full-time employment.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and finalize Italian Genealogy Reports:  Transcribe research conducted by Italian based researchers, translate into family history stories, support the publication and mailing to customers.
  • Assist with the completion of Italian Dual Citizenship applications:  Conduct research for customers’ required documentation, order US and Italian Vital Records, support communication to the customers. 
  • Post on blogs and social networks (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and more).
  • Help maintain and improve CRM/CIS databases.      

Requirements

Applicants will display abillity to read, write and speak Italian.  Paralegal or similar skills a plus. Knowledge and understanding of social media helpful.
