We are looking to hire an administrative associate to join our growing team. We are the premier provider of Italian Genealogy and Italian Dual Citizenship Services. This administrative position will be heavily involved in working with and for the Director of Dual Citizenship Support Programs. Applicants must have strong administrative skills. Position is in New Hope, Bucks County, PA, but can grow into a combination of “in office” and “remote” work time. This position will be full time in a contractor role.
• Assist with the completion of Italian Dual Citizenship applications: conduct research for customers’ required documentation, order US and Italian Vital Records, support communication to the customers.
• Assist our Italian Dual Citizenship Lawyers in organizing client needs, administrative support and preparation for Court Order procedures.
• Help maintain and improve CRM/CIS databases.
Applicants for this position should have experience with administrative work, including communicating with government agencies, lawyers and customers. Paralegal or similar skills a plus. Knowledge or experience in immigration law a plus. Knowledge and understanding of social media helpful. Fluency in reading, writing and speaking Italian could lead to additional responsibilities.
