Job Description

We are looking for an Associate Administrator to join our growing team. We are the premier provider of Italian Genealogy and Italian Dual Citizenship Services in the US. This administrative position will be heavily involved in our daily operation, mostly assisting the Italian Genealogy Department. Applicants must have strong administrative skills and be conversational in Italian, both written and oral. Position is in Carversville, Bucks County, PA. It will be full time in a contractor role.

Responsibilities:

Organize and finalize Italian Genealogy Reports. Transcribe research conducted by our Italy based genealogists and translate into family history stories. Support the publication of reports and mailing to customers.

Manage customers’ orders for required Italian records in conjunction with their Italian Dual Citizenship application; support communication with Italian researchers and customers. 

Post on blogs and social networks (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and more).

Help maintain and improve CRM/CIS databases.

Requirements: 

Fluency in reading, writing and speaking Italian

Must have hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Administrative skills, including communicating with government agencies, lawyers, and customers.

Creative writing.

Knowledge and understanding of social media, helpful.

 

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $15.00 to $20.00 /hour
