This is a new position for a Case Manager/Document Procurement Specialist to assist customers who are applying for Italian Citizenship.

Job Description:

Manage Start-to-Finish case projects and provide ongoing communication to clients & client' family members.

Conduct research for customer’s required documentation (U.S, vital records & Naturalization records) through available online databases and government sources.

Procure U.S. and Italian Vital Records (including birth/marriage/death/divorce papers, international Apostilles, and Naturalization documents)

Required Skills:

Applicants for this position should have experience with administrative work and order processing, including communicating with government agencies, lawyers, and clients.Experience in family law, insurance case management, mortagage processing or similar is a plus. 

Must be able to multitask, be detail-oriented, focused, and have strong organizational skills.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point), Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive.

Strong communication skills (both verbal and writing) in English. 

Fluency in reading, writing and speaking Italian is a plus (but the position should not be viewed as a way for a candidate to learn or improve the language).

Designations:

Certification in paralegal studies or equivalent experience, with knowledge of Italian Immigration Laws and Procedures a plus.

Job Type: Full-time in a contractor role initially (then becoming a full-time W2 employee)

Salary: Base Salary of $18.00 - $20.00 /hour (based on experience and tenure) with additional performance-based bonuses.

Working hours: 8:30AM to 4:30PM ET (Monday to Friday) with some flexibility allowed. 

Location: Work performed remotely from your Home Office - Periodic Meetings in New Hope, Pennsylvania, if the candidate is within driving distance. 

Start Date: Immediately.

This administrative position will be heavily involved in our daily operation, assisting both the Italian Genealogy and Italian Dual Citizenship Departments . Applicants must have strong administrative skills. Position is in New Hope, Bucks County, PA. This position will be full time in a contractor role.

  • Assist with the completion of Italian Dual Citizenship applications: conduct research for customers' required documentation, order US and Italian Vital Records, support communication to the customers.
  • Organize and finalize Italian Genealogy Reports. Support the publication of reports and mailing to customers.

We are looking to hire an administrative associate to join our growing team. We are the premier provider of Italian Genealogy and Italian Dual Citizenship Services. This administrative position will be heavily involved in working with and for the Head of Family Research and the Manager of Dual Citizenship Support Programs. Applicants must have strong administrative skills and be conversational in Italian. Position is in New Hope, Bucks County, PA, but can work remotely as well. This position is temporary but could lead to full-time employment.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and finalize Italian Genealogy Reports:  Transcribe research conducted by Italian based researchers, translate into family history stories, support the publication and mailing to customers.
  • Assist with the completion of Italian Dual Citizenship applications:  Conduct research for customers’ required documentation, order US and Italian Vital Records, support communication to the customers. 
  • Post on blogs and social networks (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and more).
  • Help maintain and improve CRM/CIS databases.      

Requirements

Applicants will have a basic abillity to read, write and speak Italian.  Knowledge and understanding of social media helpful.
