Obtaining your Italian Dual Citizenship is a simple two-step process and can be tailored to fit your needs!
Step One: Analysis & Planning Consultation PLUS
During Step One we will perform FREE preliminary research to complete and/or confirm your family chart, develop a personalized plan to pursue Italian Dual Citizenship by reviewing your family history against the multitude of criteria set forth by both, the Italian Government and the Italian Consulates, and identify all required Italian and US documents. The fee for Step One is $200.
Step Two: Begin the Journey with our "Start to Finish" Program
We will establish your list of Italian and US documents required, including Naturalization Proof Papers, Certified Vital Records, Apostilles and Translations to Italian.
We will prepare an estimate of the cost and timelines for My Italian Family to complete your application (Please refer to the estimate below).
Fee Structure:
If your parent was born in Italy, the estimate (*) is between: $2,500 - $4,500
If your grandparent was born in Italy, the estimate (*) is: $5,000 - $7,500
If your great-grandparent was born in Italy, the estimate (*) is: $6,000 - $8,500
If your great-great-grandparent was born in Italy, the estimate (*) is: $7,000 - $9,500
Once a plan is agreed between My Italian Family and yourself, research will begin in both Italy and the US.
Outcome: We will supply you with all the appropriate documentation for you to present at your meeting with the Italian Consulate that has jurisdiction over the State where you reside.
(*) Our “Start-to-Finish” Program includes collection of all birth/marriage/divorce/death records from Italy and the United States (other Countries are priced separately) with Apostilles and Translation to Italian. Amendments of US Vital Records are priced separately. Additional costs may be incurred for records needed from New York State. These costs may include required Legal Fees for Court Orders. If, after we determine you qualify, and you authorize My Italian Family to continue the "Start to Finish Program", the $200 consultation fee will be credited toward the entire cost of putting together your application.
