This is Stage 1 of our "Start to Finish program" designed for people who are seeking support with their Italian Dual Citizenship Application.

WHO WILL CALL YOU?

A 60-minute telephone consultation will be conducted by our Italian Dual Citizenship Team.   For over 15 years, senior members of the team have been helping applicants prepare for their Consulate appointments.  For complex situations, we will also turn to our Legal Team who specializes in Italian Dual Citizenship law.

WHAT SHOULD YOU EXPECT?

The Analysis & Plananing Consultation fee is $200.  Once you submit your order, we will email you directions on preparing and submitting family information prior to the telephone consultation.  We will set up a mutually agreeable time for the 60 minute call to take place.  During the call we will review your entire family tree, determine if you do in fact qualify, establish a pursuit path, and build a personalized list of all required documentation you will need to apply for Italian Dual Citizenship.  We will also answer all your questions and discuss how to overcome any issues or pitfalls that you may encounter.  Each individual case is different and may or may not lead to dual citizenship. You will be charged regardless of the conclusions drawn after evaluating your situation. 

If, after we determine you qualify, and you authorize My Italian Family to continue the "Start to Finish Program", the $200 consultation fee will be credited toward the entire cost of putting together your application

HOW SHOULD YOU GET READY FOR THE PHONE CALL?

Before we can evaluate whether or not you qualify for Italian dual citizenship jure sanguinis, you must provide:

  • The names of every family member in a direct line between you and your Italy-born Ancestor
  • The dates and locations of birth, marriage, divorce and death events for every family member in a direct line between you and your Italy-born Ancestor
  • Information regarding if and when your Italy-born Ancestor naturalized

We will send you special forms to complete prior to the call so you can provide this information to us.

PLEASE NOTE

The intent is to review your family history against the multitude of criteria set forth by both the Italian Government and the Italian Consulates.

We will identify all required Italian and US documents, pitfalls and missing information will also be discussed.

Outcome:  A personalized plan to pursue Italian Dual Citizenship. You can then make the decision to move to the next stage of the program.

If you already know exactly what you need, you can skip Stage 1 and move on to STAGE 2.

This option is designed for people who have questions related to their situation, i.e. eligibility requirements, advice on how to gather documents, managing misspellings, etc.

This Question & Answer session will be conducted by our Italian Dual Citizenship Team.   For over 15 years, senior members of the team have been helping applicants prepare for their Consulate appointments.  For complex situations, we will also turn to our Legal Team who specializes in Italian Dual Citizenship law.

WHAT SHOULD YOU EXPECT?

This $80 consultation fee is a 30-minute consultation with our Dual Citizenship Manager or our Immigration Lawyer to review your family history and determine if you do in fact, qualify for Italian Dual Citizenship.  The intent is to review your family history against the multitude of criteria set forth by both the Italian Government and locally by the Italian Consulates.  We will answer as many questions as we can in the 30 minute time frame. If our Manager and you agree that you qualify, you can then make the decision to go to the next stage of our “Start to Finish” program. You will be charged regardless of the conclusions drawn after evaluating your situation. Each individual case is different and may or may not lead to dual citizenship. Once you submit your order, we will email you to set up a time for the call to take place.

The application must be submitted PERSONALLY to the Italian consulate having territorial jurisdiction for the State in which you reside -- not the one where you were born. It is not possible to delegate a lawyer to process your application with the Italian Consulate.

This option is designed for people who have already gathered all the documents and would like to have their application reviewed before their appointment with the Italian Consulate.

This Consular Audit/Review Session will be conducted by our Italian Dual Citizenship Team.   For over 15 years, senior members of the team have been helping applicants prepare for their Consulate appointments.  For complex situations, we will also turn to our Legal Team who specializes in Italian Dual Citizenship law.

WHAT SHOULD YOU EXPECT?

The $200 U.S. consultation fee will be charged regardless of the conclusions drawn after evaluating your situation. Each individual case is different and may or may not lead to dual citizenship. Once you submit your order, Eric will first email you to set up a time for the call to take place.

HOW SHOULD YOU GET READY FOR THE PHONE CALL?

ALL documents have to be submitted ahead of the call. Please also include a Family Chart listing birth, marriage, death and naturalization dates. It would be helpful if you could outline the issues you would like to discuss during the call.
