If you are applying for your Italian Dual Citizenship, the Italian Consulate requires certified copies of your Ancestor’s "Naturalization Papers". We will conduct a thorough research to discover the "papers" and deliver to you certified copies as required by the Italian Consulates. Further, if no papers can be found, we will gather the necessary "No Record" letters and corresponding certified US Census records for you. Click "Order Now" to get started.

In order to apply for Italian Dual Citizenship, you need the ITALIAN VITAL RECORDS to prove your Ancestor was from Italy. You can order the following documents through us: birth records, marriage records, death records, certificate of citizenship records and/or certificate positive/negative records. They will be issued in the format required by the Italian Consulate to process your application. To get started, click "Order Now".

US VITAL RECORDS (birth/marriage/death and if applicable divorce records) are needed in order to connect you to your Italy-born Ancestor. All documents will come certified and ready to be Apostilled and translated to Italian. "Contact us" for more information and pricing.

The APOSTILLE is a form of authentication issue to documents for use in countries that participate in the Hague Convention of 1961. Here in the US, it is provided by the Office of the Secretary of the State where the document/certificate was issued.

NOTE: The Apostille is not a stamp on the certificate. It is a legalization, i.e. a document stapled to the birth/marriage/divorce/death certificate by the Secretary of State.

If you are applying for Italian Dual Citizenship in the US, all Birth/Marriage/Divorce/Death records related to the "Italian side" must bear an Apostille (according to the Hague Convention f Dec. 5, 1961) of the Secretary of State in which the document was issued (except for the Certificate of Naturalization and/or similar documentation).

If you are applying for Italian Dual Citizenship in Italy, additional documents, such as the Naturalization certificate or the Statement of No Record and related documents issued by the federal government, must also be Apostilled by the United States Department of State.

If you are applying for Italian Dual Citizenship, all US, Canadian, Australian and UK documents requiring an Apostille must also be TRANSLATED TO ITALIAN. Please select "Order Now" to get started.
