The best olive tree is old, big, and robust, with the trunk rich in bumps
called mammelle (breasts), which are reservoirs of sap to nourish the
tree through lean seasons.
Iacobucci oils are produced in the Guardia Sanframondi, an area near
Naples, in the magnificent land where the Sannio Beneventano wine is
made. This family olive grove, now managed by Maria Pacelli, is
populated by old and very strong plants.
Primo Fiore, the top quality oil in the Iacobucci range, is obtained from
cold pressing of Ortolana and Raciopella olives. The result is one of
those happy miracles that gives birth to a product that is at the same
time fruity and sweet, full and agreeable, rich but not aggressive.

available a unique selection of typical food products- olive oil, wine, honey,
pasta, rice, desserts, charcuterie, cheeses, preserves, seafood - from all the
different regions of Italy, according to standards of genuineness and high
quality, and sell them by valorizing their traditional historical and cultural roots.
